Preston is from Atlanta. He just started a healthcare company selling surgical goods to hospitals. Because of the pandemic, they had to stop their sales activities as they don’t have the products that the hospitals need now and they also don’t want to bother hospitals during these busy times. Now, Preston wants to know what they can do at the moment in terms of building a community or their brand without being tone-deaf.

And since Gary is a big fan of leveling up in Facebook groups, he also recommends that Preston should start a Facebook group and become a bigger local presence through that. He should channel all his energy and channels on building that group and once he’s able to get enough people, he should do nightly Zoom or Google Hangouts where they could get together and talk.
