Janaé is an influencer and has been making comedy-related videos on Youtube and Instagram to get people to notice her writing. As she’s getting traction on those videos, she realized that she does not want to do more of it because it takes away the opportunity to work on her writing as people expect her to make more videos every day. Now she feels bad because she doesn’t want to let other people down. Aside from that, Janaé also considers going to Los Angeles and wants to know Gary’s thoughts about it.
Gary’s Story and Advices
Janaé is letting herself down if she keeps on obligating herself to the people to make videos for them. People were devastated when Gary stopped Wine Library TV and many other projects such as Ask GaryVee, DailyVee, and WeeklyVee. People said that he should not make business videos. The reality is Janaé is trying to give as much as she could. And if she’s not in a safe place, she has nowhere to give.
On moving to Los Angeles to pursue the writer dream:
Before moving to the desired location, Janaé should make at least one great masterpiece. And if it doesn’t work, then that’s the time to go there, get a sh*tty job and chase the dream.
