Mickey is from Ogden, Utah. He dropped out of college and joined a real estate sales team to start selling houses. One day, his boss approached him and wanted him to run his social media page. Mickey only knew then that his boss has an academy where he teaches agents how to sell properties. Now that he’s gotten good on the content creation side, he wants to know how to transition their members into creating content for them and helping them with their SOI.

Mickey needs to create the information around what he’s trying to do with the course plan. If Gary were in Mickey’s situation, he would probably invite the members into a Zoom and spend two to three hours explaining that they are rolling something out in three months, and then answering questions and letting them hear it. It will build up the smoke to get an opportunity to do something.
