Tara is an author, influencer, and entrepreneur. She has to pivot her marketing approach because of the COVID-19 outbreak, which makes her unable to sing and speak live, and market in retail. So she is now focusing on e-commerce specializing in education and social media marketing. Tara wants to know if Gary has any advice on building a recession smart business during this time.

Gary’s Story and Advices

It is running a business that has a dependable grasp of its overhead and its profit margin. Tara should look at her expenses first. Many influencers and businesspersons are good at focusing on the offense, but they are not that strong at looking at the bottom line. So Tara needs to look at her economics like how profitable her products are selling on her e-commerce site, who’s surrounding her, etc.

On posting content: 

Tara has to post two to three times a day on TikTok, make what she does on Instagram and post it on TikTok.
