Meagan’s Question or Topic

Meagan works with a creative real estate investor to make real estate investing a tool for everyone to build wealth. She has three questions for Gary. She has 3 questions for Gary: 1st is how can they become a national real estate icon and how to scale in order to support being one, 2nd is what’s the best way to break down a complicated topic to something that even a fourth-grader can understand, and lastly, she asks Gary which between a personal name and a business name would be better to use when building a brand.

Gary’s Story and Advices

On how to become a national real estate icon: Gary said that they should put out a lot of content.

On breaking down complex topics: Gary said that decks, cartoons, and animations are good for breaking down complex topics. He also said that his GaryVee Content Deck would be a great help to them.

He also mentioned that the reason why Meagan and her team have trouble breaking down complex topics into short, consumable pieces is because the person who’s communicating is long-winded, which is okay. What they can do is either train that person to be more concise or to find somebody who is better at communicating.

On the brand name vs personal name when building a brand: Both personal name and business name can work. It just comes down to the human and the business.
