When you don’t have one, you must be willing to produce ungodly amounts of content and speak for free before people are willing to pay you. And to get people to listen, you have to tell your best truths, by being honest, and by telling the stories that you know. Only then flip the switch to selling when you genuinely can’t breathe without telling people about something to buy.
