Nick has been following Gary for about four years now. When he was in high school, he started his entrepreneurial journey by buying and flipping stuff and doing garage selling, just like Gary, and achieved good results doing it. He achieved great success when he started to flip phones.
One day, Nick met a person who became one of his partners and they started an e-commerce business. However, Nick’s problem is that his partner has a personality and principles that are opposite to his and he feels like they’re just working together because of the profit, thus, making their relationship no longer genuine.

Like any relationship, Gary said that communication is the only thing that will work in Nick’s situation. What Nick needs to do is to set up a meeting with his partner and talk things through, even though it could be hard for him because of his introverted personality. They should decide if they will continue to work together and communicate stuff more effectively in order to improve their relationship or to just split up and move on with their separate lives.
