Milunka and her family run a restaurant that has been with their family for 63 years. Their restaurant is known for keeping old traditions in place and family secret recipes. Because of coronavirus, they had to pivot their approach and started doing carry-outs and also promoting through Instagram and Facebook. Milunka asked Gary what can she do to learn from their current situation in order to help their business.
Gary’s Story and Advices
Milunka has to put out content on all social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, Youtube, and TikTok. Since her mom and their restaurant are full of history and stories, she and her family should post about 100 videos of different stories about their restaurant and post them to different platforms. Gary believes that it will lead to an increase in customer takeouts and build their brand even more.
