You can provide your worth by giving opinions and information that you know. Don’t put trainers and nutritionists on a pedestal. Yes, those professions/certifications can give them potential surface level clout to be able to talk about it. But the reason she can talk about it is that she is Makenzie, and she is a human, and Makenzie has an opinion. She doesn’t need to be an expert. She has a passion for Latin culture that’s already giving her permission.
