James (Jim) is from Smithtown, Long Island, New York. On a typical day, Jim consumes 8 to 10 hours working on his main business – real estate. And as he is doing live interviews recently, Jim realized that it takes away his time from his business. Jim is with Gary right now to ask for advice in managing his time, and motivating, especially during this pandemic, other real estate agents around him, including himself.
Gary’s Story and Advices
When Jim does live shows, Gary recommends asking a lot of people for his interviews. Jim finds it hard, though, to get guests because they would usually think he comes with a ploy because of his being in the real estate business. However, Gary tells him that if he receives a no, he mustn’t spend his energy convincing people, and instead, go to the next person. Gary also wants Jim to know that there are plenty of people he can interview on his show. And he wants him to continue producing content.
